Importantly, the device is designed to operate without the app as well, serving as a robust base function that works immediately upon installing the battery, requiring no activation process. Directional guidance is handled intuitively via the handlebar, mimicking natural steering motions rather than relying on complex sensors. For security regarding the luggage itself, we integrate Apple Find My technology, enabling users to locate their bag easily if it is misplaced, offering a crucial layer of reassurance without the need for invasive GPS tracking systems that might raise privacy concerns. We explicitly avoid features like automatic following or self-balancing to maintain stability and user trust.

The built-in battery has a capacity of 73.26Wh, which aligns with most global airline regulations for carry-on items, preventing the hassle of declaring spare batteries at security checkpoints. Recharging is incredibly efficient, taking approximately two hours to restore full power, meaning a quick pause between meetings is enough to prepare for the next destination. In terms of range, riders can expect to travel between 8 to 10 kilometers on a single charge, which comfortably covers most airport shuttles or city tours. Speed capabilities vary across our lineup to suit different preferences, with top speeds reaching up to 13km/h for certain models, while others offer a slower, more cautious 8km/h or 9.9km/h limit.
